Brian Tisza Photographer

Bio

Brian Tisza has buildings in his blood.

His father was a contractor-he built things for a living. Brian may not use a hammer and nails, or brick and mortar to construct an actual edifice, but he uses his sense of sight and, to a degree, his inner eye to "feel" when taking a photo.

Brian's cache in his photography is this: he is in the moment and becomes a part of the building or the object he is photographing. He finds that niche, that "something" that only a photographer can see. He brings it out , through shutter speed & F-stops and grabs it.

In essence Brian is in the moment business. Light changes from moment to moment, day to day; Brian's blood which is a builder's blood, is in concert with the artistic mind. He uses the tableau of the light-spectrum to harness the moment. It's a cliche, "to be in the moment," but it is something different entirely to capture the moment and turn it into eternity.

Brian studies the light.

He waits for his moment and then captures it. He is a craftsman, just like his father was, albeit in a different medium. It's because of this builder's blood and artist mind that he is able to harness light and turn it into something amazing and unique.

Brian states, quite succinctly, "that's why I love taking pictures for a living." He brings honor to not only his craft, but his father's craft as well.
